Nexthink Inclusion & Diversity
Frequently Asked Questions
At Nexthink, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and that starts with a fair, thoughtful, and people-first hiring process. We design our recruitment approach to give every candidate an equal opportunity to succeed, while taking candidate experience very seriously at every step.
Our recruiters are trained in inclusive hiring practices, and we use structured, consistent interview processes to ensure decisions are made objectively and thoughtfully. During our interviews, we use BrightHire, which helps reduce bias, improve interview quality, and ensure fair, skills-based evaluations. Participation in BrightHire is always optional — any candidate can choose to opt out at any time, with no impact on the interview or its outcome. Additionally, we’re intentional about how roles are defined and communicated, using inclusive language and clear criteria to attract a broad and diverse pool of talent.
At Nexthink, belonging and inclusion start with creating an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work. We support our employees with flexibility and trust, including unlimited PTO, so everyone has the space to recharge, spend time with family, and take care of what matters most to them.
We’re proud to be a truly global company, with more than 75 nationalities working across Nexthink. We continuously learn how to collaborate successfully across cultures, time zones, and perspectives, and we see diversity of experiences and backgrounds as a key strength of our teams.
We also actively support belonging through employee-led initiatives, including our Neurodivergent Affinity Group. This global group meets monthly to share experiences, discuss challenges, and suggest ideas to improve how we work and make our environment more inclusive for everyone. As a result, we’ve implemented practical accommodations such as quiet rooms, focused areas, and dedicated rest spaces during large events and travel, while continuing to raise awareness and share best practices across the company.
