Lead firmwide business development programming and training, including content creation, delivery (virtual/in-person), multimedia resources, intranet platform management, project management, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to advance client service initiatives.

Support patent prosecution by preparing and filing U.S., international, and foreign patent documents; analyze PTO-issued documents for accuracy; draft client correspondence, reports, and prosecution materials; transcribe instructions, proofread and redline filings; and manage related administrative tasks using specialized patent and legal software.
