Serve as the Practice Groups business owner for technology investments, driving adoption, operational improvement, and measurable ROI. Provide strategic consulting, lead enterprise initiatives and PMO activities, apply process optimization and Lean principles, engage attorneys and clients on eDiscovery platforms, evaluate vendors and technologies, and develop KPIs, governance, and roadmaps to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Provide high-quality administrative, secretarial, and document-processing support to the Finance Practice Group, including court filings, e-filing, scheduling, billing/time entry support, travel and file management, drafting and proofreading legal correspondence, and client-facing communications.

Support global lateral partner integration by developing individualized integration plans, providing high-touch onboarding and introductions, tracking integration progress, supporting partner education initiatives, coordinating onboarding logistics, and collaborating with Legal Talent and administrative teams to ensure consistent recruiting and integration priorities.

Support patent prosecution by preparing and filing U.S., international, and foreign patent documents; analyze PTO-issued documents for accuracy; draft client correspondence, reports, and prosecution materials; transcribe instructions, proofread and redline filings; and manage related administrative tasks using specialized patent and legal software.

Lead firmwide business development programming and training, including content creation, delivery (virtual/in-person), multimedia resources, intranet platform management, project management, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to advance client service initiatives.

Support Corporate & Transactional business development by tracking proposals, RFPs, and presentations; maintaining experience databases; coordinating projects and ad hoc requests; collaborating with lawyers and cross-functional teams; and maintaining reporting tools and spreadsheets to help achieve departmental goals.
