Drives corporate business travel revenue by acquiring, negotiating, growing, and retaining local and national accounts. Manages negotiated rate agreements, account production, market share, client relationships, sales calls, hotel inspections, industry events, CRM tracking, and revenue goals. Analyzes performance trends and supports hotel marketing initiatives, action plans, and strategic account development.
