Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and high-quality delivery. Drive process improvements, resolve issues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Build multi-touch outreach sequences, cold call daily, book meetings for AEs, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, use AI tools, and meet monthly qualified-meeting targets while staying current on employee benefits and financial wellbeing trends.
