Oversee safe, compliant daily operation of the childcare center with the School Director; act as sole leader in director's absence; promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth; recruit and retain staff; ensure state licensing compliance and support center profitability and community reputation.

Manage and administer the Business Development tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Power BI, Kalibrate), ensure data integrity and lead routing, handle vendor contracts and renewals, produce executive pipeline and market intelligence reports, support BD managers with research and meeting materials, and execute marketing campaigns to build employer-sponsored solutions awareness.

Operate as the process and operational lead for enterprise talent programs—performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and high-potential identification. Drive governance, stakeholder enablement, analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement. Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and HR tech to deliver reporting, training, communications, and change management to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness.

Lead advanced compensation analyses, administer and improve pay programs, run survey participation and pay equity reviews, model pay scenarios for budgeting, support annual pay cycles, partner with HR stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to HR system enhancements (Oracle HCM, ServiceNow).

Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation: define scope, governance, plans, risks, budgets, communications, and handoffs. Develop change management, coordinate vendors, create executive presentations, and ensure PMO and policy compliance.

Partner with District Managers to improve enrollment, retention, and operational performance through coaching, data analysis, action plans, and field engagement. Use dashboards and reports to diagnose gaps, recommend high-impact actions, track coaching outcomes, and support turnaround or growth initiatives while liaising with central support teams.

Partner with District Managers to develop and coach Director-level leaders, manage performance and complex employee relations, lead talent reviews and succession planning, provide data-driven HR insights, coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise on compensation, hiring, onboarding/offboarding, and change management to improve retention and organizational effectiveness.

Serve as a strategic partner to operations by analyzing revenue, enrollment, labor, and expenses. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards; perform variance, scenario, and sensitivity analyses; support month-end close; develop KPIs and actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability across multi-unit school operations.
