Lead commercial analytics for Cardiology & NETs franchises, delivering performance insights, forecasts, and data-driven recommendations. Partner cross-functionally to execute advanced analytics, build dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau), synthesize findings into strategic narratives, and support commercial decision-making.

Manage supplier quality lifecycle for domestic and international suppliers (CMOs, APIs, raw materials, 3PLs). Serve as primary contact for 3PL/pharma partners, oversee supplier performance, lead supplier qualification/onboarding, handle deviations and CAPAs, support supplier change control, audits, and metrics reporting, and drive continuous improvement to maintain compliant vendor management and supply risk mitigation.

Architect and govern hybrid infrastructure across on-prem, colocation, and multi-cloud environments. Lead M365, identity (Okta), endpoint (Intune/SCCM/Tanium), DR (Rubrik) and AI-driven automation initiatives. Partner with security and vendors, drive cost optimization, and translate business needs into resilient infrastructure roadmaps.

The Associate Director will partner with commercial teams to generate market insights and support the commercialization of cardiac products, utilizing market research and competitive intelligence.

Oversee and administer corporate document control within Quality Systems, managing lifecycle of controlled GxP documents in TrackWise Digital. Support eDMS projects, validation, migrations, inspections/audits, training, metrics, remediation, and process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance across global sites.

Lead design and delivery of commercial onboarding, curriculum, certification, and launch readiness. Build blended learning programs, manage LMS and enablement tools, measure training effectiveness, partner cross-functionally, and drive continuous capability improvement for field and commercial teams in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead clinical study design, protocol development, and interpretation through IND to registration. Serve as clinical lead across cross-functional teams, author key study and regulatory documents, oversee study execution and safety reporting, engage investigators and KOLs, support publications and advisory meetings, and drive clinical strategy for radiopharmaceutical and oncology programs.
