Provides administrative support to the Logistics team and leadership by coordinating meetings, travel, calendars, mail, communications, reports, and departmental initiatives. Handles calls regarding HR policies and systems, maintains confidential information, supports associate engagement programs, and delivers timely service to divisions and corporate Logistics stakeholders.

Negotiate and manage contracts and network rates with third-party payors, monitor contract performance and compliance, prepare business reviews and financial analyses, serve as account SME, coordinate redlines with Legal, resolve account issues, and support senior contract managers and special projects. Travel to maintain stakeholder relationships.
