Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual investment accounting close processes, reconciliations, financial reporting, analytical reviews, and accounting assessments for diverse investments. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting issues, supports system implementations and testing, documents accounting conclusions and controls, and identifies process automation opportunities. The role also performs ad hoc analyses and assists with process enhancements.

Manages U.S. insurance tax compliance, including federal, state, local, non-U.S., premium, and excise tax filings. Coordinates with internal Tax, Finance, and Controllership teams and external Big Four providers. Oversees tax audits, monitors legislative and regulatory changes, supports insurance transactions and reinsurance arrangements, and drives process improvements, automation, documentation, and internal controls.

Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance leadership, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, performance optimization, and organizational effectiveness to drive results.
