Build and manage new-business pipelines, develop account and pursuit strategies, negotiate complex enterprise deals, and achieve sales targets. The role requires trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, strategic partner development, consultative selling, proposal presentation, and cross-functional collaboration. It also includes managing, mentoring, and coaching team members while representing Kainos externally.

Leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale Workday Financials implementations. Advises CFOs and senior finance stakeholders, resolves complex functional challenges, supports solution design and pre-sales, mentors consultants, and contributes to Workday practice growth. The role requires deep Workday Financials expertise, current certification, partner consulting experience, executive communication skills, and experience across the full implementation lifecycle.

Owns end-to-end Workday Financials solution architecture for financial services and insurance customers. Leads discovery, target architecture, design governance, implementation guidance, testing, cutover, and stabilization. Defines accounting, data, integrations, reporting, security, and reconciliation approaches across Workday Financials, Prism Analytics, and Accounting Center. Supports presales, proposals, estimates, reusable sector assets, and customer workshops while coaching consultants and assuring delivery quality.
