Owns enterprise VDI platforms across Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Omnissa Horizon. Responsibilities include image and catalog lifecycle management, profile and session troubleshooting, access-layer administration, incident leadership, capacity planning, automation, root cause analysis, change management, project delivery, client communication, and mentoring. The role requires deep expertise in at least one VDI platform, Windows administration, underlying compute and networking, scripting, APIs, and multi-client managed services experience.

Owns the health, performance, capacity, lifecycle, migration, replication, and incident response for Dell storage platforms across multiple client environments. Responsibilities include storage networking, performance tuning, firmware upgrades, support case management, automation, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, and client reporting. The engineer leads storage-impacting incidents, collaborates with virtualization and data protection teams, mentors junior engineers, and provides capacity and best-practice guidance.

Operates and maintains enterprise virtualization platforms across multiple client environments. Responsibilities include VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, capacity planning, performance troubleshooting, lifecycle management, incident leadership, automation, migrations, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, and client communication. The role also supports KVM and Hyper-V environments, leads virtualization projects, and mentors junior engineers.
