Own the managed services tooling ecosystem, building API, webhook, and email integrations across RMM, monitoring, backup, and ITSM platforms. Configure Jira Service Management, reduce alert noise, troubleshoot tooling failures, establish integration standards, evaluate new tools, and ensure customer-specific rollouts. Produce operational reporting, explain tooling to customers, and maintain auditable documentation within ITIL-aligned change management processes.

Provides second-line remote IT support for client end users, resolving escalated Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, identity, Intune, application, printing, and collaboration issues. Manages onboarding, offboarding, access changes, endpoint deployment, patching, and security compliance. Works within ticket priorities and service-level objectives, documents solutions, creates knowledge articles, identifies recurring problems, and escalates infrastructure issues with detailed troubleshooting information.

Provides advanced network engineering and firewall expertise in a managed services environment. Owns complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, network project delivery, solution design, implementation, change validation, Palo Alto configuration, network hardening, legacy environment optimization, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role is remote from Brazil and requires fluent English, extensive enterprise networking experience, and deep Palo Alto Networks expertise.

The Senior Network Engineer leads complex networking projects, handles escalated incidents, provides technical guidance, and collaborates on security protocols, ensuring stability and scalability of network infrastructures.
