Owns the insurance product backlog and roadmap, translating biller and payer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partners with Engineering, UX, Integrations, Implementations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver launches and measurable outcomes. Uses product analytics, data tools, research, experimentation, and AI to guide prioritization, monitor adoption, and improve insurance payment workflows. Mentors product managers and serves as the insurance vertical subject matter expert.

Own full sales cycle to win new mid-market customers: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Build territory strategies, manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use AI and sales tools to drive revenue and displace legacy competitors.

Leads Sales Engineering for complex enterprise SaaS and fintech opportunities. Directs technical discovery, solution demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, proposals, RFPs, security reviews, and due diligence. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to accelerate revenue, improve sales processes, develop reusable technical assets, and adopt governed AI-enabled tools. Coaches and develops Sales Engineers while influencing executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers.

Manage a defined portfolio of clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the InvoiceCloud platform. Build strategic relationships, identify upsell opportunities, troubleshoot integrations, use Salesforce and analytics to inform action plans, and execute scalable engagement cadences. Periodic onsite travel and cross-functional collaboration required to resolve issues and deliver measurable client outcomes.

Maintain, optimize, and evolve InvoiceCloud's production database systems. Troubleshoot incidents, tune queries and indexes, design efficient schema and stored procedures, automate operational tasks, and contribute to Azure-based database architecture and scalability improvements.
