Supervise and scale a remote agent workforce toward 100 active agents. Responsibilities include roster management, daily quality assurance calls, performance coaching, attendance tracking, monthly invoice preparation, onboarding documentation verification, compliance tracking, and client updates.

Sources and screens candidates using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools, assesses applicants for qualifications and cultural fit, and manages complete onboarding for successful hires. The role requires strong organization, communication, independent work, and adherence to mandatory core hours in a remote environment. The schedule is six days per week, seven hours daily, with three flexible hours outside core collaboration hours.
