Lead and scale the Customer Deployment & Delivery organization to run implementations, integrations, onboarding, adoption, and successful customer launches. Drive measurable outcomes, improve deployment methodologies and KPIs, partner cross-functionally, leverage automation and AI where appropriate, and build a high-performing team and next-generation leaders. Hybrid role (Boston 2-3 days/week).

As a Senior Software Engineer II (DevOps), you will design and operate cloud infrastructure, build AI/ML infrastructure, enforce infrastructure-as-code standards, and improve developer experience while coordinating across teams and handling compliance in a regulated environment.

Lead high-leverage technical work across teams: define architecture and patterns, drive end-to-end delivery and operational excellence, ship AI-enabled systems, mentor engineers, set AI guardrails, and represent technical leadership internally and externally.
