Partners with account teams on complex enterprise opportunities in the insurance industry. Leads discovery, requirements definition, tailored demonstrations, pilots, ROI modeling, RFPs, competitive positioning, and objection handling. Engages executive, business, and technical stakeholders while explaining AI-enabled capabilities and solution limitations. Collaborates with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to communicate customer needs and ensure successful transitions. The role is hybrid in Boston and requires travel up to 50%.

Own the end-to-end revenue accounting function, including ASC 606 recognition, ASC 340-40 contract costs, billing operations, close activities, reconciliations, controls, and audit support. Build scalable policies and processes, review complex SaaS and usage-based contracts, and lead selection and implementation of a revenue management platform integrated with CRM, billing, and NetSuite. Partner cross-functionally on pricing, product launches, deal terms, automation, SOX readiness, and executive reporting.

Lead sales operations by optimizing contracting, forecasting, deal execution, reporting, dashboards, sales technology adoption, and Salesforce data hygiene. Analyze performance, improve forecast accuracy, coordinate contract workflows, develop executive presentations, and manage sales meetings, events, and offsites. Partner with sales leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational consistency and support scalable revenue growth.
