Conduct provider outreach through phone, email, and other sales channels to generate qualified meetings and patient referrals. Perform discovery calls, identify leads, document interactions and statuses in the CRM, and hand off qualified opportunities to clinical partnership representatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, independent time management, and the ability to work remotely. Limited travel may be required for training and conferences.

Conducts high-volume outreach to healthcare providers, schedules qualified meetings, performs discovery calls, sources leads through email and phone, documents interactions in a CRM, and hands qualified leads to clinical partnership representatives to drive patient referrals.

Creates and submits healthcare claims, bills, and patient statements while managing revenue cycle tracking, denials, resubmissions, payment posting, reconciliation, and patient accounting. Follows up on claim status, resolves submission errors and wrongful denials, maintains accurate financial records, and collaborates with insurance, billing, and revenue cycle teams in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Manage consolidated revenue recognition, reconciliations, revenue and implicit price concession entries, reporting automation, payor contract analysis, technical accounting documentation, and accounts receivable monitoring. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Product, and Technology teams to resolve discrepancies, improve forecasting, and ensure compliance with ASC 606.

Leads strategic payor partnerships and market expansion, including value-based contracting, enterprise deal development, executive relationship management, pipeline forecasting, and multi-year revenue modeling. The role coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Clinical Operations, and Finance to execute scalable market launches and build repeatable partnership processes. It represents Equip’s clinical and business value to major health plans and enterprise stakeholders while expanding access to virtual eating disorder treatment.

Provides strategic and operational HR partnership to business leaders across the employee lifecycle. Advises on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, career development, hiring, workforce planning, and annual performance programs. Investigates complex workplace issues, analyzes People data, supports compliance initiatives, coaches leaders, and leads special projects while promoting engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Execute the final phase of an HRIS and payroll data migration from ADP to Rippling. Responsibilities include extracting and archiving historical employee and payroll records, mapping and uploading data, organizing files in Rippling and Google Drive, auditing records for accuracy and compliance, protecting sensitive PII and PHI, and reporting migration progress to HR and Payroll leadership.

Lead accounting functions including month- and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, technical accounting research, internal controls and compliance, tax support, system implementation testing, due diligence reporting, and process improvement through automation.
