Maintain reliable, secure, and scalable APIs and websites across AWS environments. Monitor service health, define SLOs, resolve incidents, automate remediation, and optimize performance. Configure CDN, WAF, bot management, and rate limiting to mitigate abusive traffic such as scraping, credential stuffing, and API abuse. Manage infrastructure as code, IAM, network segmentation, TLS, secrets, CI/CD security checks, logging, and configuration drift. Collaborate with engineering, security, product, marketing, and legal teams on policies, compliance, and data integrity.

Lead Enformion’s channel sales and strategic partnership program across the United States. Manage reseller relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop new partnerships, negotiate and originate channel deals, oversee onboarding and renewals, deliver QBRs, monitor partner health, and achieve revenue quotas. The role combines partner strategy, account management, sales execution, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Accounting, and Engineering.
