Lead hands-on creative work and shape visual identity across web, social, email, and print. Translate strategy into measurable creative, present to senior leaders, mentor and elevate the design team, oversee campaign execution, and keep work culturally and digitally current. Portfolio submission required.

Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Reddit to drive customer acquisition. Manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, budgeting, attribution (UTMs), reporting, and cross-functional creative collaboration. Leverage analytics (GA4, Tableau, Excel) to surface insights, support paid search/display efforts, and present results to leadership while scouting new platforms and trends.

Lead content strategy, development and execution across websites, social, email, print and video. Manage a Social Media Specialist and freelance copywriters, own brand messaging and editorial quality, plan productions, apply SEO and AI tools, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver content that supports recruitment of Host Families and Au Pairs.
