An 18-month rotational trainee program for recent graduates and postgraduates. Trainees own impactful projects, rotate across international offices and core business functions, work closely with senior leaders, and gain experience in sales, business development, customer experience, and market development. The role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, leadership potential, global curiosity, adaptability, and practical use of AI tools to improve efficiency, decision-making, innovation, and customer experience.

Supports faculty with course delivery, grading, assignment development, course management, review sessions, and student assistance. Maintains strict confidentiality and academic integrity while managing compressed timelines and multiple course sections. Requires graduate-level education or equivalent experience, subject-matter proficiency, strong communication and multitasking skills, flexible scheduling, Office suite proficiency, and availability to attend classes in Boston when required.

Manage postgraduate applications from submission through admission and retention, serving as a primary candidate contact and supporting enrollment conversion. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, coordinating interviews and events, tracking application-funnel progress, preparing reports, supporting outreach campaigns, and improving workflows. The role collaborates with Enrollment Advisors and leadership in an international environment and requires regular travel to markets and global meetings.
