Leads requirements and delivery coordination across concurrent initiatives, including partner API integrations. Defines standards for requirements, UAT, and stakeholder communications; assesses system and API impacts; mentors analysts; and collaborates with leadership on prioritization, capacity, and cross-functional alignment. The role bridges technical and business teams, guides initiatives through final release, and drives systemic solutions across business units.

Leads learning and talent development initiatives, including manager training, leadership development, AI workforce enablement, leadership assimilation, team effectiveness, and mandatory training compliance. Designs and facilitates programs, partners with senior leaders, manages external training resources, evaluates effectiveness, and improves training administration. The role is fully remote but requires quarterly travel for in-person training and other business needs.

Handles moderate-complexity commercial property and casualty claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include evaluating coverage and damages, setting reserves, drafting coverage positions, negotiating settlements, coordinating counsel, vendors, TPAs, underwriting, and stakeholders, and addressing subrogation and risk-transfer issues. The role also supports claims best practices, management reporting, and insurance initiatives. Travel within the United States for mediations, trials, and related proceedings is expected at less than 5–10%.
