Develop evidence-based wellness content, programs, challenges, and in-app messaging for a gamified wellness app. Design frameworks linking rewards to meaningful health outcomes, establish content guidelines, research behavioral science and trends, review user-facing copy, collaborate with product and engineering, and help measure wellness impact using AI-assisted tools.

Lead customer analytics to inform acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Build segments, maintain BI dashboards, track marketing KPIs and A/B tests, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into marketing and product strategies.

Own and scale the finance and accounting data ecosystem: design and maintain BigQuery integrations, ensure data integrity and governance, build reconciliations and automated controls, develop scalable reporting and dashboards, support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and automate finance processes to improve visibility and efficiency.
