Key Responsibilities
- Develop, curate and collaborate on evidence-based wellness content: guided programs, daily challenges, educational tips, and motivational prompts.
- Design the wellness framework that powers Comfrt’s gamification — ensuring challenges, milestones, and rewards map to meaningful health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the designer and developer to integrate content seamlessly into the app experience.
- Conduct research on wellness trends, behavioral science, and competitor offerings to keep Comfrt’s content fresh and credible.
- Define content guidelines and a tone of voice that is encouraging, inclusive, and never preachy.
- Review all user-facing copy, notifications, and in-app messaging for accuracy, tone, and sensitivity.
- Use AI writing and research tools to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and scientific rigor.
- Help define success metrics for wellness outcomes (not just engagement) and contribute to how we measure real user impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wellness, health coaching, health education, or a related field.
- Strong content creation skills — you can write clear, engaging copy that motivates without being condescending.
- Familiarity with behavioral science, habit formation frameworks (e.g., Fogg Behavior Model, habit loops), or health behavior change models.
- Ability to translate complex health and wellness concepts into simple, actionable guidance for a general audience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, or engineering teams.
- A critical eye for wellness misinformation — you know the difference between evidence-based guidance and trends.
- Comfort with AI content tools and willingness to integrate them into your workflow
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in health coaching, nutrition, personal training, mindfulness, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing gamified wellness programs or challenges.
- Background in content strategy for mobile apps or digital health platforms.
- Familiarity with health data privacy considerations and ethical content practices in wellness tech
