Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CS. Build training curriculum, content, certifications, and coaching cadences. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Systems to translate product releases, drive tool adoption, measure enablement impact, and improve rep ramp and sales performance across global teams.

Own and optimize GTM tech stack (Salesforce, engagement and intent tools). Build and maintain integrations and automations, enforce CRM data hygiene, support sales/marketing/customer success, manage access and documentation, and lead vendor evaluations and rollouts.

Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for assigned accounts, guide Kubernetes onboarding and cluster connection within 90 days, drive renewals and expansion, run FinOps business reviews, and coordinate resources across Cast AI to ensure customer success.
