Why CAST AI?

Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.

The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.

Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.

Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.

Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.

Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.

Our Client Partners work closely with our existing customers to build long-lasting customer relationships and ensure increased adoption, quick value realization and long-term delight for each customer's journey. Account Managers will also be tasked with upselling and cross-selling our existing and new solutions to their managed accounts and will be compensated accordingly based on these results.

Role overview

As a Global Client Partner at CAST AI, you’ll own 2-3 of our largest enterprise relationships worldwide. Your job is to grow each one into a multi-million dollar ARR account. This is a hunter role. You’re expected to go find new budget, new teams, and new use cases inside each account, and then close them.

You own the commercial side end to end, including negotiating and closing the contracts. Our TAMs handle the technical side, so you can stay focused on the relationship and the deal.

This fits someone who has built and grown large enterprise accounts at companies like Cisco, Accenture, Deloitte, or Samsung. You know how to get into a big org, build a network across it, and turn those relationships into bigger deals.

What you’ll own:

  • Account Growth: Build and run a multi-year plan for each account, and drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell across business units and regions.
  • Contracts and Commercials: Own the contractual agreement with each customer, including negotiation, pricing, closing, and renewals.
  • Executive Relationships: Build and maintain relationships at the VP and C-level, and a wide network across each customer’s org.
  • Value and Account Health: Make sure each customer sees the savings and impact from CAST AI, and tie that to expansion and renewals. Track usage and risk so nothing surprises you at renewal.
  • Partnership with TAMs and R&D: Work with your TAM on technical needs and with R&D on product feedback and roadmap questions for your accounts.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of enterprise account management or sales, with a proven record of growing strategic accounts into multi-million dollar relationships
  • Track record of building executive relationships and networks inside large enterprises
  • Proven success negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise contracts
  • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs
  • Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
What's in it for you?
  • Join a fast-growing, cutting-edge company that’s redefining cloud-native automation and optimization
  • Work with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first work environment with opportunities to travel and engage with customers worldwide
  • Competitive compensation package, equity options, and extensive benefits
