Owns a portfolio of approximately 15 digital banking clients in the Western U.S., driving retention, renewals, revenue expansion, and product adoption. Builds executive relationships, conducts business reviews, develops proposals, negotiates contracts, and provides consultative guidance on digital strategy. Partners with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure client success while representing the company at industry and client events.
