Supports the IT PMO by coordinating Business Systems initiatives, gathering requirements, documenting processes, tracking timelines, and liaising between stakeholders and technical teams. Maintains data quality and user accounts during employee onboarding and offboarding, identifies process gaps, supports automation improvements, tests software, prepares release and training documentation, and assists with IT administration and vendor management in an Agile environment.

Processes accounts payable invoices across multiple entities, maintains supplier records, analyzes aging and operating expenses, supports month-end close, tax filings, compliance reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The role also resolves invoice disputes, supports payment cycles, and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams.
