Lead design, modernization, and support of scalable full-stack applications for portfolio performance, compliance, and risk using .NET, C#, SQL, and Angular. Translate business needs into technical designs, enforce engineering best practices, leverage AI-assisted tools, ensure secure maintainable solutions, and provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship across teams.

Serve as primary escalation and coordination point for key clients across accounting services. Oversee preparation and review of financial statements for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

Lead multiple fund accounting teams to determine NAV, calculate performance, allocate expenses, prepare financial reports, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, manage client relationships, oversee escalations, and develop staff and departmental strategy.
