Leads a regional financial and regulatory reporting organization, overseeing accounting guidance, financial statement disclosures, regulatory filings, governance, controls, audit and client relationships. Develops strategy, improves operational processes, drives automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions, and manages transformation initiatives. Serves as a senior advisor on complex accounting and compliance matters while building high-performing teams, managing talent, and supporting client growth.

Leads the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for BNY’s data and data infrastructure products. Oversees product managers, partners with engineering, design, security, SRE, and go-to-market teams, and drives platform modernization, governance, analytics, AI capabilities, adoption, and commercialization. The role serves complex enterprise financial-services clients and requires strong expertise in cloud data platforms, SaaS, visualization, BI integrations, and product leadership.

Leads Client Operations support for major external clients, resolving complex issues, directing requests to appropriate BNY resources, and serving as a subject matter expert on products and services. Coordinates team members across multiple lines of business, oversees client issue resolution, supports specialized client needs, and contributes to business development and expanded offerings through exceptional communication and judgment.
