Build and scale Kubernetes infrastructure for AI agent workloads and production applications. Design CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning with Python and Terraform, deploy with Helm, and own observability through monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing. The role also supports AI agent orchestration, developer experience, security, reliability, and cloud cost efficiency across production environments.

Build and manage the Legal team’s technology stack, including Ironclad, CRM integrations, AI legal tools, workflows, playbooks, and reporting. Run contract intake, standard agreements, order forms, vendor review operations, and escalation processes. Manage legal technology vendors, optimize contracting workflows, establish AI guardrails, train stakeholders, and support Commercial and Enterprise Counsel. Track cycle times, volumes, deviations, vendor performance, and technology spend.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through close, generating net-new revenue through inbound and outbound efforts. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and partner with Solution Consultants on technical validation. Develop ROI narratives, use structured qualification frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally, and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets while selling AI, software development, DevOps, or infrastructure platforms.
