Own the architecture and technical roadmap for core backend, infrastructure, and AI platform areas. Write and review production code, resolve complex production issues, improve reliability and scalability, and drive technical initiatives across teams. Build prototypes and customer-facing technical content, mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an in-person environment.

Leads and grows a team of Forward Deployed Software Engineers supporting enterprise accounts. Owns delivery standards, technical escalations, senior customer relationships, architecture decisions, business reviews, pre-sales support, and hands-on integration work. Builds reusable delivery assets, frameworks, demos, and best practices while partnering with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to scale the function and influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for an AI-driven platform: build performant, responsive React/TypeScript applications, manage complex state and real-time updates, establish component libraries, testing, CI/CD, mentor junior engineers, and drive frontend best practices and scalability.
