Manage end-to-end recruiting operations and coordinate interviews while building candidate pipelines for GTM, engineering, and G&A roles. Maintain ATS and reporting, conduct initial screens, write outreach, support employer branding, and track recruiting metrics to improve process and candidate experience.

Create high-impact sales decks, pitch templates, case studies, marketing and growth assets, infographics, reports, and reusable brand templates. Partner with GTM to support enterprise deals, ensure on-brand visuals, build design systems, and provide cross-functional design support while maintaining high craft and fast turnarounds.

Provide L2 support for an AI software platform: deploy/install into customer environments, triage and resolve issues across Kubernetes, cloud providers, networking, storage, and services; build runbooks, dashboards, and alerts; reproduce issues safely; write evidence-backed escalations and post-incident notes; participate in rotating on-call coverage aligned to US time zones.
