Leads the architecture and development of scalable cloud-native enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure. Designs reusable software capabilities, front-end interfaces, database architectures, and microservices; owns the full software development lifecycle; and promotes secure, test-driven, maintainable engineering. Partners with architects and product managers, evaluates modern technologies, resolves performance and reliability issues, presents architectural decisions, documents systems, and mentors engineering teams while ensuring cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

Own the HR technology product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and delivery capacity. Translate HR needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, testing plans, and platform decisions. Support HCM implementation activities including configuration, reporting, security, integrations, data migration, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, training, and adoption. Partner with HR, Technology, vendors, and implementation teams to deliver practical solutions using standard HCM capabilities while minimizing customization.

Lead product ownership for a modern Claims Management platform: define vision and roadmap, translate business needs into epics and user stories, prioritize backlog, partner with Claims and Technology, and drive implementations, testing, deployment, and adoption to improve efficiency and user experience.
