Lead BHSI’s enterprise Master Data Management transformation, defining strategy, architecture, operating model, and roadmap. Own Party Data management, identity resolution, hierarchies, survivorship, governance, quality, and expansion into additional master and reference domains. Partner with underwriting, claims, finance, operations, and technology leaders to deliver trusted data products through APIs, streaming, and analytics platforms. Build the MDM team, manage vendors, guide platform implementation, and communicate outcomes to executives.

Owns the technical direction and enterprise architecture of a Databricks-based Lakehouse platform across data engineering, analytics, AI, and machine learning. Responsibilities include designing batch and streaming systems, enabling generative AI, implementing governance and security with Unity Catalog, establishing MLOps and infrastructure-as-code standards, optimizing Spark and cloud costs, leading design reviews, and influencing technical and business stakeholders.

Supports business teams in identifying practical AI use cases, evaluating generative AI tools, building prototypes and workflow automations, documenting code, promoting adoption, measuring impact, and applying responsible AI practices. The intern will communicate with technical and business stakeholders and present project outcomes.
