Leads electrical engineering design and delivery for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities, including treatment plants and pump stations. Provides technical leadership, client advising, design review, construction support, project oversight, mentoring, and business development. Develops power distribution, control, communications, lighting, and electrical infrastructure solutions while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Leads workforce planning for major projects, coordinating talent mobilization, deployment, transitions, and demobilization across business units and regions. Establishes governance, monitors workforce readiness, forecasts capability and capacity needs, identifies resource risks and dependencies, resolves conflicts, and escalates gaps. Partners with project leaders, workforce planning teams, resource planners, service executives, and talent acquisition to align workforce supply with project demand and improve utilization, mobility, and delivery continuity.

Leads power system planning and studies for utility and renewable energy clients across North America. Responsibilities include HVAC and HVDC analysis, load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability, interconnection, reliability, and system impact studies. The role manages team resources, oversees quality assurance, develops technical processes, mentors engineers, coordinates projects and proposals, supports client engagement and business development, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and project requirements. Travel of up to 20% is expected.
