Lead and grow the Substation Electrical team, manage projects from conceptual layout through detailed design and construction support, perform hands-on EHV/HV substation engineering and studies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as technical lead/project manager, mentor junior staff, and support business development and quality assurance.

Lead and manage substation electrical engineering across all voltage classes, coordinating design, estimates, proposals, client engagement, and project execution. Support electrical design teams by creating Revit electrical content and families, developing BIM workflows and execution plans, troubleshooting BIM issues, providing stakeholder support and training, attending MEP coordination meetings, and allocating project work to meet deliverables.

Manage end-to-end design for hyperscale data center projects: oversee campus planning through construction drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors, administer procurement and change orders, ensure milestones and deliverables, and travel to sites (up to 30%).

Manage accounting and financial controls for construction and capital projects: job costing, budgeting, invoices, change orders, spend tracking, compliance, reporting, and audit support while collaborating with project, finance, and procurement teams.

Develop and maintain project schedules and cost estimates for bridge/transit and heavy civil projects. Perform critical path and time‑impact analyses, progress reporting, cost forecasting, EVM, and change control. Coordinate schedules and estimates across engineering, procurement, and construction teams; support bid preparation, claims, and risk/cash flow analysis while liaising with PMs, subcontractors, and clients.

Lead BIM team and standards across design and construction projects: manage ACC administration, model coordination, clash detection, automation (Dynamo/Revit API), BEP/QA frameworks, staffing, reporting, and integration of 3D/4D/5D and contractor models to improve quality and reduce delivery time.

Support desktop assessments and field surveys (habitat evaluations, presence/absence, wetland delineations); assist preparation of technical reports, permit applications, mitigation and monitoring plans; conduct on-site construction and compliance monitoring; perform regulatory reviews and impact assessments; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Field work and travel up to 25% required.

Design and deliver industrial water and wastewater treatment projects: develop drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, equipment selection and technical reports; coordinate with drafters and disciplines; manage small-to-mid design tasks; support construction via reviews, RFIs, inspections, testing, commissioning, and field troubleshooting while implementing senior staff feedback.

Support traffic and ITS projects by conducting safety and operational analyses, developing traffic simulation models (Synchro, VISSIM, Sidra), preparing CAD engineering documents, assisting signal timing improvements, using data to identify needs, and researching smart infrastructure and CAV technologies while collaborating with senior engineers and other disciplines.

Lead end-to-end pursuit and bid management for technology/data center opportunities: client engagement, win-strategy development, proposal authorship, pursuit budgeting, CRM maintenance, cross-functional coordination (finance, legal), and continuous improvement to increase win rates.
