Supports a branch office through phone and customer service, service-call entry, field technician dispatch and tracking, shipping and receiving, inventory control, invoicing, collections, inside sales, filing, and general administrative tasks. The role requires Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics proficiency, strong organization and communication, customer-service skills, multitasking, vendor and client relationship management, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Drives business development and direct sales within a designated territory, identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies, delivering demonstrations and presentations, preparing proposals, reviewing procurement documents, negotiating deals, and capturing new business. Maintains client relationships, coordinates with sales, marketing, operations, distribution, and project management teams, manages CRM reporting and expenses, and supports regional and national sales activities.
