Lead revenue enablement and product launch readiness across the GTM organization. Build role-specific content and training for SDRs, sales, sales engineers, and customer experience teams. Translate AI, automation, analytics, and data workflow capabilities into customer value messaging, talk tracks, playbooks, and discovery guides. Facilitate workshops, coaching, call reviews, and manager reinforcement while managing stakeholders, content accuracy, readiness assessments, feedback, and program impact.

Designs and implements manual and automated tests across unit, component, integration, and end-to-end levels. Builds scalable UI and API automation frameworks, conducts performance and load testing, creates test reports, investigates regressions, and provides testability feedback. Collaborates with engineering, product management, and UX teams in an agile environment. The role requires Python and JavaScript automation expertise, cloud and container experience, CI/CD familiarity, SQL, and knowledge of microservices.

Lead developer platform engineering across GitLab, CI/CD, progressive delivery, cloud infrastructure, and release safety. Design and operate pipeline orchestration using Argo Rollouts and Kargo, support connector deployments, improve FinOps and developer insights, and establish safe rollback, recovery, and database change practices. Build self-service tooling, drive adoption, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Staff Engineers and architects across distributed teams.
