Senior Product Manager responsible for owning product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle execution, customer discovery, value propositions, and commercialization. Leads cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, operations, and go-to-market functions. Uses data-driven analysis to guide investment decisions, define requirements, manage technical tradeoffs, support pricing and P&L considerations, and develop data products and migration strategies.

Analyze fraud performance, monitor transactions for anomalies, evaluate and resolve fraud alerts, integrate data sources, and develop fraud reports and alert criteria. The role supports investigations, identifies emerging fraud patterns, and provides data-driven recommendations to strengthen fraud prevention. Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, experience with data mining and BI tools, strong reporting and presentation abilities, and a quantitative bachelor’s degree.

Lead complex Employer Solutions implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to managed services. Develop project plans, milestones, governance, communications, and decision-making processes. Coordinate requirements spanning benefits administration, employer setup, eligibility, funding, integrations, communications, reporting, and service readiness. Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, stakeholder alignment, testing, quality controls, training, and launch readiness. Use implementation insights and performance trends to improve processes, partner experiences, and automation.
