Lead and coach Agile teams to deliver software, drive cross-team initiatives, remove blockers, partner with Product Owners, leverage AI tools and metrics to improve predictability and delivery performance.

Leads software architecture and technology strategy for scalable, secure products. Responsibilities include building and validating prototypes, evaluating and configuring technologies, owning solution architecture, presenting design options, and collaborating with product, application, architecture, and development teams to translate architectural standards into implementation designs. The role requires extensive hands-on software development and application design experience, expertise in APIs, infrastructure, security, distributed systems, container deployment, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable, secure SaaS web applications. Translate user stories to solutions, improve code quality, mentor teammates, participate in on-call rotation, and deploy releases. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and support Azure/Kubernetes-based microservices.
