Leads the CFO’s strategic programs across Finance and other company functions, establishing priorities, milestones, owners, reporting cadences, and escalation processes. Oversees controls, audits, compliance workstreams, operating rhythms, talent programs, international expansion frameworks, and ESG initiatives. Drives AI adoption in Finance by developing practical workflow tools and measuring usage and time savings. Represents the CFO with executive stakeholders and ensures commitments are completed on schedule.

Manage mid-market SaaS customer relationships from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead business reviews, communicate ROI, develop success plans, monitor customer health, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales. Provide customer education, communicate product updates, identify adoption opportunities, and deliver tailored recommendations. The role requires strategic and technical customer engagement, executive relationship management, and expertise in internet technologies, networking, and email security.

Leads the Public Sector revenue marketing function, building and coaching a team across federal, state, and local government segments. Owns field and channel marketing strategy, pipeline generation, account-based marketing, events, budgets, sales enablement, and partner programs. Establishes reporting and performance standards using Marketo, Salesforce, and Sigma, optimizing programs based on sourced and influenced pipeline, channel contribution, and ROI. Partners with Sales and Channel leadership to localize campaigns and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
