Acts as the FCS Operations Manager's regional extension, serving as primary client contact, project manager and estimator for national accounts. Coordinates bidding and subcontractors, supports local teams, delivers and troubleshoots Day2+ platform training, monitors KPIs and schedule adherence, and drives process and team performance improvements.

Lead enterprise account relationships within the A/E/C (CM/GC) sector, drive account development, integrate with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, manage margins and project risks, maintain account playbooks, attend milestone events, and foster team culture and client satisfaction.

Manage commercial tenant-improvement projects end-to-end: lead staff and subcontractors, oversee schedules and budgets, review bids and invoices, prepare change orders and closeout documentation, ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
