Acts as the FCS Operations Manager's regional extension, serving as primary client contact, project manager and estimator for national accounts. Coordinates bidding and subcontractors, supports local teams, delivers and troubleshoots Day2+ platform training, monitors KPIs and schedule adherence, and drives process and team performance improvements.

Lead enterprise account relationships within the A/E/C (CM/GC) sector, drive account development, integrate with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, manage margins and project risks, maintain account playbooks, attend milestone events, and foster team culture and client satisfaction.

Manage commercial tenant-improvement projects end-to-end: lead staff and subcontractors, oversee schedules and budgets, review bids and invoices, prepare change orders and closeout documentation, ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.

Manage multiple healthcare, life-science, and core & shell construction projects end-to-end: oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, subcontractors, procurement, reporting, client and design team coordination, safety compliance, change orders, invoicing, and project closeout to meet quality, client satisfaction, and profitability goals.

Support senior project leadership on commercial tenant-improvement projects: coordinate design professionals, schedule subcontractors, manage document control, process submittals and RFIs, assist with cost control, QA/QC, punch lists, and project close-out documentation.

Support project managers and superintendents on operations tasks and assist senior staff with estimating. Uphold company safety and core values, participate in RPE programs, read drawings/specifications, and perform other assigned duties.

Manage mechanical construction projects (process piping and HVAC) across US data center sites: lead staff and subcontractors, oversee schedules, budgets, bids, invoices, change orders, documentation, and project closeout while supporting early planning and client coordination to ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
