Manages commercial interiors and tenant improvement construction projects from planning through closeout. Oversees staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, documentation, estimates, invoices, change orders, payments, and project reporting. Supports early purchasing, release planning, and client coordination while ensuring quality, profitability, timely execution, and complete closeout documentation.

Manage multiple healthcare, life-science, and core & shell construction projects end-to-end: oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, subcontractors, procurement, reporting, client and design team coordination, safety compliance, change orders, invoicing, and project closeout to meet quality, client satisfaction, and profitability goals.

Support senior project leadership on commercial tenant-improvement projects: coordinate design professionals, schedule subcontractors, manage document control, process submittals and RFIs, assist with cost control, QA/QC, punch lists, and project close-out documentation.

Lead enterprise account relationships within the A/E/C (CM/GC) sector, drive account development, integrate with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, manage margins and project risks, maintain account playbooks, attend milestone events, and foster team culture and client satisfaction.

Support project managers and superintendents on operations tasks and assist senior staff with estimating. Uphold company safety and core values, participate in RPE programs, read drawings/specifications, and perform other assigned duties.
