Hemab raised $135M. Hemab, a biotech company based in Denmark and Cambridge, is developing prophylactic therapeutics to treat bleeding and thrombotic disorders. The Series B financing will help the company complete phases 1 and 2 of clinical trials for therapeutics for Glanzmann thrombasthenia and von Willebrand disease. Hemab will also initiate other studies with the goal of developing five clinical assets by 2025. [PR Newswire]

Electra Vehicles pulled in $21M. Electra Vehicles develops AI-based software solutions that can help the electric vehicle industry improve the range, lifespan and safety performance of EV batteries. The company, which recently opened an Italy office, will use its fresh funding to expand its Italy office, scale its operations and grow its presence in Europe. [Built In Boston]

Semrush announced an acquisition. SemRush, a Boston-based provider of SEO and digital marketing software, announced last week that it acquired Traffic Think Tank, an educational platform for SEO and digital marketing professionals. With new ownership, the co-founders of Traffic Think Tank will develop original content for Semrush Academy. The co-founders will continue to participate in discussions with the Traffic Think Tank community, which can now access Semrush Academy content and resources. [Business Wire]
