Key Responsibilities



  • Join forces with our hiring managers to identify talent needs and create clear plans of action to meet staffing goals


    • Check out our engineering blog to find out what our Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers are getting into these days


  • Develop clever strategies for sourcing candidates

  • Fearlessly and frequently reach out to prospective candidates who could be a perfect fit for Panorama but just don’t know it yet

  • Create job postings that are thoughtful and engaging and representative of our culture and mission

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the Talent Operations Team to ensure that the candidate experience is enjoyable and seamless


What We’re Looking For



  • 3+ years in a recruiting role with a focus on technical talent and an emphasis on sourcing, preferably while part of a high growth organization

  • In-house (“corporate”) recruiting experience preferred (mixed with high volume agency experience is great!)

  • Fantastic relationship-building skills, and ability to connect quickly with others

  • Experience coordinating or project managing Panorama participation and/or hosting of networking events, Meetups, focus groups, etc.

  • Sense of urgency coupled with warmth, both internally with your own processes and externally with candidates

  • Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity with grace

  • Dedication to creating a team with diversity and depth of experience

  • Experience implementing processes and adjusting these processes on the fly preferred

  • Passion for improving education

While many of us work remotely, across the country, Panorama's office is found on School Street, the birthplace of public education in the US.
