Senior Talent Scout (Senior Recruiter)
Rapid7 is growing at an extremely fast pace and we are building the premier Talent Acquisition organization to help drive this growth. The Senior Talent Scout role is a strategic hire that will be expected to drive results along with the growth of a world class recruiting team. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Sales the Senior Talent Scout will partner with the TA Manager and executive leaders on senior level searches across the Rapid7 business. The initial focus areas of this role will be in the IT and G&A space.
Responsibilities:
We are big believers in leading by example and the Senior Talent Scout will be expected to work a full lifecycle desk to include using active and creative sourcing methods to attract top Senior Level talent to Rapid7. We need a hunter – someone who is fearless, assertive and hungry but understands the importance of candidate experience and a high touch experience at the executive level. We need someone with the “sales gene” who can communicate effectively with both internal customers and candidates with various levels of experiences. If your answer to “how do you find top candidates” is “I post a job and pray the candidates answer” then this job is not for you. This person is a disciple of “mission driven hiring” they know how to plan, develop and deliver hiring plans but most importantly, they understand how to coop internal hiring partners (hiring managers) in the process of engaging/sourcing candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting who loves being accountable to hiring managers and is driven by their energy to deliver the hires that will shape the future of the Rapid7 business. In addition, this person is relentlessly business focused – they know their partners groups, projects, goals. Competitors and use this knowledge to drive flows of candidates.
