Job Summary

DataRobot is a fast growing startup and we are looking for a person to manage multiple cross-team projects and strategic initiatives that would allow us to keep growing further.

You will be working closely with our CEO and Business Operations team to plan and track execution of projects in different areas of the company, from R&D to Sales. Besides organizing and tracking work of individual contributors, you will be also expected to help other team leaders and project managers to achieve their goals in time.

Responsibility

• Ensure multiple projects and initiatives across the company are being executed fast and with high quality.
• Help/coach project managers and team leads on planning and executing on their goals.
• Report detailed status of projects and initiatives to the CEO.

Main Requirements

• Experience with managing multiple parallel projects successfully (think 50 people across 10 projects).
• Ability to learn various areas of the business fast.
• Willingness to work long hours if it is required to get things done.

Desired Skills

• Experience with coaching people and groups in project management techniques.
• Experience with managing software development projects as well as sales/marketing projects.
