What it means to support our Account Implementation Specialist (AIS) Team:

As a Sr. AIS Manager your team's focus is on driving adoption and usage of the ezCater Corporate Solutions at newly won Corporate Accounts. This work will ensure each new account meets anticipated spend forecasts as well as identifying new opportunities for account expansion… all while operating with a customer first mindset that will build trust and showcase reliability in ezCater.

What You'll Do: 

  • Efficiently and Effectively translate strategy into executable plans to drive incremental revenue and reduce churn among new Accounts.
  • Instill a mindset of creating lifelong Accounts. Your team’s Accounts are rethinking how they use food for work and you’ll lead the team that makes utilizing the ezCater suite of corporate solutions, easy.
  • Ensure the Voice of the Customer resonates.  Your team’s success is dependent on successful leadership; successful leadership is impossible without an innate understanding of customer needs. You’ll partner with leaders across the organization to ensure we’re hearing how we can best serve our Accounts.
  • Create and execute a playbookWe’ve brought on hundreds of Accounts and now it’s time to scale.  You’ll be leading the charge on iterating on our current onboarding and expansion processes & best practices.
  • Coach and mentor. You'll help your team become even better at their craft as well as driving a culture of professional & personal development.
  • Invent, test, and measure. We’ve reimagined the corporate solutions at ezCater and you’ll drive a culture of innovation & autonomy that rewards smart bets through trying and tracking as we build the future of Food For Work.
  • You’ll Provide Data. You’ll deliver and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly customer health, product adoption, and opportunity identification.  You’ll keep senior leaders (and more importantly the members of your team) apprised of the org's goals and progress, while identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies and profitable workstreams.
  • Interview, Hire and Develop. You’ll inherit and build upon a rock star team and be a key stakeholder in the team's development throughout the new hire stage and ongoing career development.
  • Drive Diversity, Ensure Equity and Ingrain Inclusion.  You lead with empathy and build teams that do the same ensuring that our teams model the diverse communities which we serve.
  • Collaborate. You'll collaborate with leadership across Sales, SalesOps, Customer Support, Partner Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal/Finance to jointly achieve key objectives. 
  • Implement infrastructure and systems in collaboration with SalesOps to support the success of the onboarding and sales organization at large.

What You'll be directly responsible for

  • The retention, growth and expansion of your teams fast growing stream of corporate accounts.
  • The evolution & execution of processes, partnering with sales ops, marketing, acquisition sales, and account management leadership to effectively build a scalable retention and expansion structure.
  • Career development and direct leadership for a growing team of Mid-Market Account Implementation Specialists.
  • Reporting out on Team Achievements and Progress to cross functional leadership.
  • Leading your team to achieve their monthly quotas/KPIs.
  • Thinking bigger & pushing the boundaries of what's possible to achieve larger, more impactful results for our enterprise team and their customers.

What You Have

  • Have 5+ years of Management experience within Account Management & Sales.
  • Have been a consistent top performer and can effectively share your wisdom.  You know what it takes to succeed and can tailor your insights to different workstyles.
  • Have Experience Leading Strategy.  You’ll use your expertise to identify how to effectively and efficiently make every customer love partnering with us.
  • Understand Customer Experience and Sales Cycles. We have a suite of products that Accounts may start with - you will drive the consultative approach to identify opportunities to expand wallet share and create churnless experiences.
  • Are customer obsessed.  You are empathetic and put yourself in the customers’ shoes to make decisions - you’ll coach your team to have the autonomy to do the same.
  • Are data-driven. You get that the customer experience isn’t just an art, it’s a science.  You evaluate data in order to guide your team's strategy.
  • Are technically savvy. CRM and Tech Stack tools are child’s play to you.

The national cash compensation for this role is a base salary of $140,000 with a variable component of $80,000 for an on target earnings of $220,000 per year.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
