Senior HRIS Analyst
As a member of the People & Talent team, this position serves as the technical point of contact within Human Resources and Recruiting, and is a strategic partner across the business to determine how to better support the organization through initiation of new programs and through analysis of data retained in the HR and Recruiting systems. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will work with HR and divisional leadership to help design and execute HR strategies, programs and processes that drive performance optimization.
(S)he will participate in the planning and administration of human resources operations by systems and software whereever possible, and ensure the integrity and availability of the data when needed. Programs will include the implementation of a performance management system, immigration, and processes around promotions, compensation changes and group transfers.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Design, implement and administer new functionality and business processes within the HRIS with a focus on core HCM, compensation, benefits, global absence, performance management, reporting and security
- Configure and manage system integrations between Workday and internal and external software products and systems
- Conduct functional testing for all HRIS system fixes, enhancements and product releases
- Collaborate with HR team members as well as Payroll, Finance and managers to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of HR transactions
- Develop and maintain user reference guides and identify training opportunities for managers and employees that can be addressed through systematic programs
- Create rules and procedures around system workflows, user security and business processes
- Comfortable working in a technology sandbox and production environment
Education and Skills Requirement:
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm for technology and collaborative team player
- 2+ years of Workday HRIS experience required
- 5+ years HR generalist experience, preferred
- A BA/BS Degree
- Previous experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
