Join our team as a Senior Analyst in Marketing Analytics, where you'll use data to drive innovation. Collaboration is key here, working closely with teams across Analytics, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service. You'll be part of a skilled group, tackling complex challenges to strengthen our strategies. 

This role is about more than just data; it's about making a real impact. In this role, you'll shape our customer strategy using advanced marketing tech. Data guides every decision, especially in marketing. What You'll Do: 

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders on exciting business problems, actively shaping the team's strategic direction and focus.
• Drive our activation and retention goals by improving our onboarding experience, refining our promotions strategy, and revamping our loyalty program.
• Deepen our understanding of the impact of media spend on existing customers.
• Uncover customer insights and drive business impact via data-driven analyses, A/B tests, statistical models, and reporting.
• Elevate customer personas and segmentation for personalized marketing.
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor to peers for collaborative growth.

What You Have: 

• 3+ years of relevant quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in marketing or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis, coupled with experience in statistical modeling (R or Python preferred).
• Proficiency in marketing attribution methods, return on ad spend, and experimental test design (A/B testing).
• Familiarity with modern data exploration and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or PowerBI (experience in Google Analytics is a plus).
• Knowledge of diverse marketing tactics including optimizing customer retention through strategies such as Email, SMS, Push, SEO/SEM, Direct Mail, and more.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication, relationship building, and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration ability and adeptness in presenting insights to stakeholders.
  

The national cash compensation range for this role is  $118,000 - $152,000 per year.*
