Interested in working at Hudl? Awesome. Here’s what you need to know.

Our goal is to change the way coaches, athletes and analysts prepare for and stay ahead of the competition. Whether it’s with video, stats or a combination of the two, we want our tools to help every step of the way. That’s why we’re always hiring—we need the best because a product is only as good as the people behind it.

To help teams and athletes win, we need a ScrumMaster to join our Product Team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional squad of developers, designers, and QAs, working with your Product Manager and Stakeholders to build solutions to our customers' problems. Ultimately, you'll help squads deliver products that our customers love.

You Are

  • A Servant Leader. You do everything possible to help your squad perform at its highest level - without compromising scrum principles.
  • An Agile Champion. You embrace, practice, and spread the word about Agile Development.
  • A Guardian of Quality and Performance. You guide your squad to do high quality work that always works, the first time you do it; quality is never an afterthought.
  • A Priceless Partner to Product Managers. Your squads deliver great software that helps coaches and athletes win.
  • A Conduit for Feedback Loops. Your squad seeks and thrives on rapid feedback from Stakeholders and customers on the products you build.
  • A Builder of Healthy Squads that Dominate. You understand, teach, and nurture respectfully blunt, sustainable pace, and customer delight.

You Will

  • Lead a squad by influence instead of rank or title.
  • Remove impediments that get in your squad's way.
  • Facilitate scrum events.
  • Establish and maintain Scrum artifacts for your squad.
  • Guide your squad to establish predictable and sustainable delivery of features and products.
  • Establish clear communication channels between stakeholders, the squad, and the product owner.
  • Protect against the accumulation of tech debt by maintaining a healthy tension between product needs and responsibly fast delivery.
  • Partner with Engineering and QA Leads to establish agile engineering and testing practices within your squad, always pushing your squad to do high quality work.
  • Ensure the Scrum Framework is practiced by your squad and the organization.
  • Foster self-organization, continuous learning, and constant improvement on your squad

We Will

  • Treat you like an adult. It’s all about a healthy work-life balance. We’ll trust you to get work done and take a break when you need it. (Hello, unlimited vacation policy!)
  • Give you what you need. We’ll supply the environment and tools for success, allowing you to focus on professional growth and career development.
  • Challenge you. You'll be surrounded by people equally committed to the company's success, allowing for constant collaboration.
