Sales Operations Analyst
Our growing operations team is looking for an experienced analyst who’s ready to lead data-driven decision making at Catalant. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, structured thinker and a creative problem-solver. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty ‘cleaning’ data and digging deep to ensure trustworthy analysis. As our first Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to establish best practices for the sales operations function at Catalant. You will be responsible for dashboards for the sales and marketing teams – from gathering initial requirements across the organization through ensuring adoption to drive behavioral change – as well as executing on special deep-dive analyses to answer critical questions for the executive team.
About the job:
- Work with sales and marketing leaders to define reporting and analysis needs
- Rigorously analyze data, including the use of statistical methods
- Generate reports/dashboards and drive adoption that “moves the needle” on our company’s performance
- Assist in forecasting, goal setting, sales compensation, and other key operations functions
- Establish best practices for report generation and analysis efforts
- Become a subject matter expert on our sales and marketing engines
About you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, technical preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in business analyst or data analyst/data science role

- Mandatory: Excel, SQL, Data Visualization
- Nice to have: Python, R, Salesforce, InsightSquared, Marketo
