The Sales Development team at Formlabs is the entry point to a future sales career. As the SDR manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of this program to both support the overall pipeline generation and the recurring transactional business while preparing and assessing individual reps for a productive future in sales. A competitive candidate will have a strong track record of success, be able to foster an environment of trust and communication, and serve as a leader in the greater sales organization.

The Job:
- Define, develop and evolve the sales development function at Formlabs
- Allocate resources to inbound sales channel qualification (chat, phone and sales inbox)
- Plan, execute and measure strategic outbound demand generation campaigns in coordination with marketing and other internal stakeholders
- Analyze lead conversion data and drive team metrics through reporting on pipeline creation and other KPIs
- Maintain an advanced level knowledge of our products, personas and markets
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement for on-going team trainings to master sales fundamentals, customer personas and our products
- Use daily coaching, constructive feedback and incentives to achieve objectives and develop SDR's into sales-ready candidates for future positions
You:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years of meeting or exceeding quota
- Energetic, positive, and inspirational; knows how to get the best from others
- Experience coaching, leading and running a consultative sales process
- Detail oriented and possess the ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously
- Love to think entrepreneurially about markets and identify opportunities within them
- Knowledgeable of sales training methodologies and coaching best practices
- Can communicate complicated technology concepts in a clear and simple manner
- Thrive in a rapidly-changing environment and can harness change for positive impact
- Experience interviewing and evaluating potential hires
- Enthusiasm for 3D printing and its applications
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com and Drift
Bonus Skills:
- MBA degree
- Hardware sales experience
- Previous management experience
