Due to our consistent, rapid growth Mendix is hiring a Partner Capabilities Manager for the Boston office. We are looking for a creative, innovative and inspiring personality with a passion for technology. As a Partner Capabilities Manager, you will be part of the Global Partner Capabilities team, and collaborate cross-functionally within Mendix to establish a foundation for a world class partner ecosystem. The Partner Capabilities Manager is a high-impact role, and is instrumental in the ability for Mendix to scale rapidly in our growth markets.

You'll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

• Partner Lifecycle Management
• Partner Selection and Identification: Develop and maintain company guidelines for new Service Delivery Partner organizations; as our business evolves and grows, so should the core competencies of the Service Delivery Partner organizations
• Recruitment: Develop and maintain processes for recruiting Service Partner organizations. Establish clear value propositions for partner and company ecosystem based on your extensive knowledge of the Mendix Platform technology and value proposition
• Contracting: Understand market data (as it pertains to regional rates) and assist with rates negotiations with the partner, and between customer and partner
• Onboarding: Build and maintain onboarding collateral and processes; monitor onboarding milestones of new Service Delivery Partners and Partner Resources
• Build effective collaboration across all functional areas including sales, marketing, services, product, and operational teams
• Ensure the best partner experience with a focus on simplicity, ease of doing business, innovation, and community
• Demand and Capacity Planning
• Forecast demand and capacity of the Service Delivery Partner work within your region in close collaboration with Sales and Expert Services
• Development and maintenance of metrics to monitor the performance of individual consultants and the overall Partner Delivery Ecosystem
• Work with the Expert Services organization to develop a balanced approach to resource allocation
• Service Partner Activity/Performance
• Track how Service Delivery Partner organizations perform against standards / requirements. Identify opportunities to improve Service Delivery Partners and their individual consultant performance
• On-Going Performance Knowledge Development
• Ensure that services partners have the training, certification and access to knowledge required to successfully execute on the Mendix Platform
• Communication Tools: Ensure the Service Delivery Partner Portal provides value to Service Partner network (make the portal the primary means for effective engagement)
• Continue to drive innovative ideas into our partner network
• Use your excellent communications skills to competently represent Mendix to Service Delivery Partner organization representatives, providing a positive experience

You're the innovator we need if you have:

• 8-10+ years of work experience managing global Partner Capabilities in a global, complex, Enterprise environment
• Five or more years of experience with Enterprise software and technology, preferably in a Service Delivery role
• Executive presence and high degree of professional maturity
• Ability to engage all stakeholders including executives
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of technology and ability to distinctly explain technological and business concepts and value
• Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 50%
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
