We are looking for our next Office Manager in Boston to join our global Human Resources team. If you are a dynamic, self motivated and organized administrative professional, come join a fast growing company that provides data enrichment solutions worldwide to some of the largest global brands.

As the Office Manager for our Boston site, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional employee experience and providing comprehensive administrative support. Your efforts will ensure the office operates seamlessly and foster strong relationships between our Boston and Tel Aviv locations driving global success for Lusha. 

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Oversee all logistics and operations regarding the management of the office including ordering office groceries and catering, maintaining relationships with the building, managing all external vendors. 
  • Manage and run the front desk entirely - welcome guests, candidates and employees and provide an overall positive experience for anyone in the office
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors and suppliers 
  • Create and maintain an office budget while maintaining all office supplies/product inventory
  • Work closely with the IT and Finance teams on all employee communication - including monthly expense reporting, tech support and more 
  • Manage travel booking for international travel of employees between Boston and Tel Aviv sites 
  • Maintains records, documentation, and files, coordinates incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage office employee events committee. Owning all event planning including: event planning- happy hours, holiday parties, summer outings, etc.
  • Assist our Founder with small executive assistant tasks

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Strong, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive attitude
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Ability to lift 15-20 lbs when necessary

***Monday-Thursday salaried part-time position with possibility of full-time employment in the future. (Medical and Dental Insurance Provided)
