CTP is looking for a seasoned Management Supervisor with 10+ years agency experience. Candidates must have experience leading the strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns, fostering effective client relationships and managing multiple agency accounts and teams within the digital and traditional marketing environments.

The ideal Management Supervisor candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

Strategic leadership:

  • Manage and oversee the strategic vision and marketing campaign development for clients
  • Define business objectives and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Identify key insights that will inform the development of integrated communications programs
  • Develop compelling, strategically-led creative briefs and presentations
  • Lead creative, media, pr/social media and interactive teams to develop cohesive, integrated marketing strategies
  • Evaluate the results of marketing/creative campaigns and make recommendations for revisions or enhancements

Client management:

  • Become an expert and trusted advisor on your Clients’ business and foster that relationship by understanding their key business and marketing objectives
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and support the agency’s new business development process
  • Have a solid understanding of competitive and industry activity
  • Demonstrate your ability to articulate your point of view on strategic, creative and/or media initiatives
  • Lead the development and presentation of client deliverables
  • Have a deep understanding of the agency creative process

Business management:

  • Create scope of work documents and manage scope to launch projects on time and in budget (for both retained clients and project work)
  • Ensure agency profitability and efficiency on the project and overall account
  • Maintain and track fee and production budgets across all projects – retainer and project work
  • Forecast projected agency revenue for your accounts annually
  • Be as proactive as possible in your overall approach to client and agency needs, both current and future
  • Grow revenue by establishing and fostering new opportunities with existing clients

Leadership:

  • Mentor and manage account team and play vital role in training and development of junior staff
  • Demonstrate a clear, comfortable, persuasive presentation style in both formal and informal settings
  • Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor work of agency staff members assigned to client projects
  • Manage multiple clients/projects within ever-changing landscape
  • Be extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented
  • Proactively manage up to your Account Director and keep them informed on key items, as needed;
  • Exude solid problem-solving ability and showcase the ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Share your passions for and knowledge of marketing trends

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in the industry or related experience in developing digital and traditional projects and managing integrated teams and clients
  • Some experience managing Banking or Financial services account(s).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar accounts
  • Team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments
  • Superior verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Prior agency experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, or communications
